Orders and Shipping
One Piece Merch® delivers worldwide to your home or to a relay point. The buyer is notified by email of the different stages of order tracking: preparation and delivery.
Upon order placed, customer has 24 hours to ask for modification related to its parcel. After this delay, One Piece Merch® considers that the order information is correct and will transfer it to its suppliers to start the processing process. Once the processing steps have started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
- Average processing time takes 3-4 working days to be completed. Custom, not in stock and produced on demand items can take up to 5-7 working days in certain cases before shipment is dispatched.
- Shipping delay are deeply affected by the COVID situation in the world and your country. In average:
- – 1 to 4 business weeks for the USA and Canada. (12 to 36working days)– 1 to 2 business weeks for European countries. (10 to 18 working days)
- – 2 to 4 business weeks for the rest of the world. (18 to 36 working days.
If a momentary out-of-stock condition of a product occurs, the delivery time could be a little longer. Please note that during a health crisis, your items will be delivered within a maximum of 60 days. Any item received outside this time frame will be refunded upon request.
In case of delay of your package, One Piece Merch® can not be held responsible.
WARNING :
Countries like : Mexico,Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Morocco have much longer delivery times than normal due to their border policy. Unfortunately it’s not our fault and we can’t really do something about that.
COVID-19 :
Because of the current situation due to the COVID-19, the shipping delay may be impacted (less flights and also less workers). However, our orders will be shipped as soon as possible to satisfy our customers.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis some delays can be expected. This may include delays in customs clearance, tracking updates and delivery itself. We would advise that you remain patient during this period as we can assure you that your order will be with you as soon as it can be.

Due to the production method we use for all of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is proven damaged/defective. For more information, please check our return/refund policy page.

The tracking number usually takes 1-2 business days to generate. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days to update your tracking information.
If you do not receive the tracking number within 5 business days, please send us an email. If the tracking status is “unavailable” within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your tracking number, please also send us an email.
